Heide Starr I think this was an old bottle.The scent is off and the mechanism on the bottle is difficult to push down. Reminds me of a discounted bottle I once purchased. Except the customer was advised of the problem. I am disappointed.

Kali girl Love Kali. Have used it for years. The only fragrance I use. The product is a five star great product, but one of the bottles was damaged in shipment. Called and got a very helpful, pleasant CSR. She is sending a replacement bottle. Have not received it as yet.
