We do not provide free returns or paid return labels. The cost of return will be paid by you. We recommend using a trackable return service such as USPS First Class Package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Concerns need to be brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Guarantee: If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days after your purchase, get in touch. We will adjust the difference as store credit.
Need to return something? We will gladly issue a refund for the full price of items returned, excluding shipping and handling, provided the merchandise is returned to us, postage-prepaid, within thirty (30) days from date of delivery accompanied by the original sales receipt or note with your name, address, phone number, and order number. We highly recommended returning products by way of a trackable service. All sets, gift boxes and product bundles are purchased as such, and individual products within cannot be exchanged for other products or refunded without the full return. We cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise that was not purchased directly through us. In certain promotions, due to exceptional value and an expressed offer like ALL SALES FINAL, some orders will not be eligible for return. These exceptions to our return policy are rare and will be clearly stated within the promotion.
